Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at University Physicians' Association. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our physician office practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staffing and Scheduling: Develop and implement effective staffing plans to ensure optimal patient flow and productivity.
  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with practice administrators to identify areas for quality improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing budgetary targets and ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with staff, physicians, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations and problem resolution.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

We require a minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a healthcare setting. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred. Key skills include knowledge of standard precautions and procedures, regulatory agency guidelines, and ability to operate standard equipment.

Benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, Sick Leave, Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, 401k Plan with immediate vesting and company match, Life Insurance, and more.
