About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at NW Recruiting Partners. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects in the $30M - $60M range, working closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure quality, efficiency, and success in every phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Prepare and review bid documents, draft work breakdown structures, and define the scope of work for projects.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Project Coordination: Network with professional contacts and owners to obtain job prospects and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Project Close-Out: Ensure timely and successful project close-out, including final inspections and punch list completion.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager running commercial projects with at least two multi-family projects completed.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess industry-specific knowledge to effectively plan, direct, and supervise project objectives.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, with strong networking and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and Teamwork: Must be adaptable, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
