**About Us**

Archadeck of Seattle Eastside is a leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces, seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team of seasoned professionals.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the successful completion of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure they meet our production standards and timeline.
  • Submit and review construction drawings for internal and external approvals.
  • Manage the project permitting process and ensure all necessary permits are obtained.
  • Develop and execute project schedules, including material deliveries and employee assignments.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage quality control and job costing, ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve project efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to production personnel and crews.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years of construction management experience.
  • Project management degree or extensive relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and experience with CAD software.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
