Position: Project Manager - Parking and Building Access Systems

Location: Bellevue, WA

Are you ready to elevate your expertise in construction project management? Our client, a leader in automated parking solutions, is in search of a Project Manager to oversee various implementation initiatives. This role is crucial for the successful execution and management of installations, requiring collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. As a management position, it plays a vital role in supporting the company's ambitious growth trajectory.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of parking technologies, project estimation, access control systems, or the broader construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive project management leadership to the senior management team.
  • Oversee installation projects, special initiatives, and customer upgrades.
  • Deliver regular updates on strategy execution to senior management, promptly addressing critical issues.
  • Develop solutions that facilitate timely project delivery, maintain a balanced workload, and comply with contractual commitments.
  • Keep internal teams informed about project priorities, milestones, requirements, and any adjustments to work plans to drive successful outcomes.
  • Build and nurture strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage, evaluate, and enhance vendor partnerships.
  • Ensure that staff and vendors meet high-performance standards.
  • Plan and prepare for the installation and configuration of computer and hardware systems for new projects and service replacements.
  • Assess new projects to confirm that material and budget estimates are realistic for the successful execution of existing customer initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction project management (either residential or commercial).
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in construction project management.
  • At least 2 years in a technical supervisory capacity.
  • Preferred experience in the parking sector and/or access control systems.
