Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant who will be instrumental in presenting and selling our acclaimed security and automation solutions. This role involves proactive lead generation and prospecting using company-provided resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate CPI Security's value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Independently generate customer engagement opportunities, in addition to utilizing company leads, to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  • Establish and nurture exceptional relationships with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain a structured schedule of weekly appointments with assigned accounts.
  • Showcase product sections and create displays to drive sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and team to ensure collective goals are met.

Benefits:

  • Annual earnings ranging from $60,000 to $90,000.
  • Base salary with commission incentives, along with a sign-on bonus of $1,000.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in outside sales preferred, though training is available for the right candidate.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills and professional credibility to influence sales outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.

Additional Information:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work legally in the United States. A background check and drug screening may be required as part of the hiring process.
