Position Overview

Compensation: Up to $30/hr. or more

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and position cellular devices, services, and accessories
  • Provide detailed information regarding wireless products and services
  • Identify and resolve product-related issues and customer concerns
  • Document and update customer profiles based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge base of evolving products and services
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service abilities; prior experience in wireless or sales is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and apply ethical sales techniques
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
