Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance during client interactions to showcase the value of our Clinical Solutions, integrating platform capabilities, services, and Real World Data (RWD) to support various stages of the clinical lifecycle.
- Collaborate with dedicated sales teams across diverse account segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
- Independently manage technical qualifications and develop compelling proposals that drive new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of Citeline Connect solutions and present findings to clients as part of a consultative sales approach.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including the creation of business cases, executive summaries, and relevant case studies, while engaging in pricing discussions and project implementation planning.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Product Management and Sales, to relay client feedback and drive continuous improvement in our offerings.
- Coordinate with implementation teams for pre-sales scoping and manage Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
- Test new clinical offerings with potential clients and provide valuable feedback to enhance product-market fit.
- Utilize Citeline's Salesforce CRM to document all pre-sales activities effectively.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial-related fields, including roles within CROs, trial recruitment, consulting, or biopharmaceutical companies.
- A strong passion for healthcare, life sciences, and technology, with a solid understanding of the global pharmaceutical industry, particularly in clinical trial recruitment.
- Proven ability to present and demonstrate solutions to clinical operations and similar clients within Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors.
- Experience collaborating with commercial teams and engaging senior stakeholders with confidence.
- An inquisitive mindset, eager to learn about the Pharma industry and our product offerings, facilitating insightful conversations with prospective clients.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in customer-facing presentations.
- A customer-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering results and a willingness to travel as required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $115,000 plus commission, based on various factors including skills, experience, and market conditions.
