Overview: Responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets set by the dealership
- Welcome customers and ascertain their vehicle preferences
- Provide detailed explanations of vehicle features and demonstrate their functionalities
- Recommend additional equipment for purchase
- Calculate and present sales pricing
- Complete all necessary documentation related to vehicle sales
- Coordinate the delivery and registration processes for vehicles
- Engage in proactive business development activities
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above company standards
- Keep a tidy, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in mandatory training sessions
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations
- Exemplify the company's core values in all interactions
- Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Up to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
A valid Driver's License is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
Strong communication skills with customers and team members are essential.
Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
Effective verbal and written communication, mathematical skills, and problem-solving abilities are required.
