We are in search of a dedicated sales consultant to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate punctuality, effective communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a proven track record in closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to assess their requirements and the comprehensive scope of their projects.
- Evaluate labor, material, and time needs for various projects.
- Provide immediate proposals utilizing our specialized software tools.
- Maintain communication with clients and project managers to ensure alignment on project expectations and quality of service.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients and potential leads.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to guarantee the prompt delivery of high-quality services.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in home improvement, construction, or a service-oriented industry.
- Strong knowledge of residential painting, including paint products and application processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient with technology (smartphones, laptops, etc.).
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in the painting sector.
- Background in sales within the painting industry.
The sales consultant will play a crucial role in driving our growth in various regions, with a compensation structure that includes a base salary plus commission, allowing for unlimited earning potential.
