Regional Operations Manager

Sun Com Mobile, a leading authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless, is seeking a dedicated Regional Operations Manager to oversee our stores and ensure we maintain our top position in the market.

This role is ideal for an individual who is driven, eager to contribute to a successful team, and ready to elevate a group of retail locations.

The compensation for this position includes a Base Pay ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 (depending on experience) along with an Incentive structure that can yield between $20,000 to $25,000 (with the potential for uncapped earnings based on performance).

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan and manage business operations across multiple store locations to achieve financial objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals daily to meet or exceed company goals.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development for team members.
  • Address team inquiries and provide guidance as necessary.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with company standards and regulations.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Foster strong working relationships and maintain effective communication within the team.
  • Identify business challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Develop innovative strategies for business growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Create a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
  • Assist in the recruitment, promotion, retention, and termination processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Research local market trends and conditions.
  • Identify current and future sales opportunities and expansion potential.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
