Your Role

As a pivotal player in the APAC market, you will design and implement programs aimed at generating demand while collaborating closely with our Sales teams to optimize conversion strategies.

The B2B buyer's journey is evolving, and we seek a talented individual to propel us toward our ambitious growth objectives.

You will oversee all marketing initiatives in the APAC region, including:

  • Organizing physical and digital events
  • Executing third-party promotions
  • Reporting and collaborating with sales counterparts and key regional partners

Your dynamic and creative approach will drive exceptional results. You are a self-motivated field marketer with a deep understanding of the APAC market and an entrepreneurial spirit focused on building pipeline and fostering new business growth.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy to achieve MQL, pipeline ARR, and sales targets.
  • Implement demand generation initiatives, including content syndication, email campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Adapt global marketing materials to resonate with APAC audiences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to establish Field Marketing-specific KPIs and reporting standards.
  • Foster strong partnerships with regional stakeholders to create co-marketing programs.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing and sales, equipping teams with relevant materials and leads.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation marketing, preferably within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of innovative demand generation techniques, coupled with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • A proactive attitude, unafraid to propose new ideas and present project summaries to stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive MQL to SQL conversions and pipeline growth.
  • A proven track record of achieving growth through effective marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
