Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in California
- Coach and mentor attorneys in areas of marketing and business development to enhance their skills and expertise
- Lead and support marketing and business development initiatives, including local internal and external communications, branding, advertising, social media, media/public relations, event management, business development, community involvement, nominations, and vendor relations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm's marketing and business development strategy, including forecasting and monitoring expenses for California offices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results
- At least three years of marketing/business development experience, including experience in law or other professional services firms
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field is preferred
- Strong understanding of legal marketing industry and ability to work well with others and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships internally and externally
- Excellent verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well under pressure within a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, social media platforms, and CRM management
