Market Business Development Lead

Arcadis is seeking a seasoned Market Business Development Lead to join our US Retail Practice Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing business development strategies to win new work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth in the US retail market
- Lead the development of client capture plans and pre-marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the global growth team to develop marketing and business development strategies
- Drive strategy and content for external marketing communications
Requirements:
- 15+ years of architecture healthcare experience
- Knowledge of the retail architectural market and growth practices
- Professional registration and advanced credentialing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
