Requirements
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in delivering outstanding Customer Service
  • Strong Time Management Skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
