As an Insurance Customer Service Representative - Sales Account Executive, you will operate within established guidelines to deliver exceptional customer service, sales, and retention efforts for various Property & Casualty personal line products. Your role will involve assisting clients with both new and existing insurance policies, fostering a deeper connection with the company.

Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in delivering outstanding Customer Service
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty licensing
