THE JOB:


In this role, you will cultivate and maintain business relationships with mechanical engineers and building owners in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Your remote and field work will focus on securing new multi-million dollar projects in your territory while ensuring their successful completion.

Targeted industries include airports, data centers, semiconductor plants, life science, higher ed, EV, and multifamily housing.

On any given day, you may find yourself in a boardroom discussing business strategies or on a job site surveying a commercial project with developers.

This involves collaborating with inside sales, engineering, and support team members to meet customer requirements.

A couple of times a week, you will also have the opportunity to entertain customers through social events, lunches, and dinners.

You will be provided with comprehensive training and resources to drive success in this position. The ideal candidate will have construction experience in sales, project management, or project engineering.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
7+ years of experience in pre-construction project management, engineering, and/or territory sales
Mechanical design aptitude
Enjoy socializing and networking with customers
Must reside in the Washington DC area, able to travel throughout the territory to visit customers.
Bachelor's Degree required
