Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Management: Assist in creating and managing work orders, maintaining accurate billing records, and inputting new equipment data.
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical assistance, including scanning, filing, and managing daily mail.
  • Customer Service: Welcome and guide customers in preparing their equipment for repairs.
  • Logistics and Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and timely shipment of equipment, and maintain organized inventory storage.
  • Safety and Compliance: Prioritize safety and adhere to our accident prevention procedures.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Two years of education and/or experience in a related field.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications and Background Check: Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Physical Demands: Primarily work in a typical office environment, with occasional light lifting and a mix of sitting, walking, and standing.
