Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Support Specialist to join our team at PT Holdings LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Task Management: Assist in creating and managing work orders, maintaining accurate billing records, and inputting new equipment data.
- Administrative Support: Provide clerical assistance, including scanning, filing, and managing daily mail.
- Customer Service: Welcome and guide customers in preparing their equipment for repairs.
- Logistics and Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and timely shipment of equipment, and maintain organized inventory storage.
- Safety and Compliance: Prioritize safety and adhere to our accident prevention procedures.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Two years of education and/or experience in a related field.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications and Background Check: Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Physical Demands: Primarily work in a typical office environment, with occasional light lifting and a mix of sitting, walking, and standing.
