We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at the Rudolph Libbe Group. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project managers and estimators in the planning, implementation, and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers and estimators with project planning, implementation, and activities
  • Procure labor, materials, and equipment as needed
  • Manage document control, including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs, and associated tracking processes
  • Develop and update meeting minutes
  • Coordinate with subcontractors
  • Assist with estimating and contracts administration
  • Monitor and control costs
  • Travel to job sites as required by project managers and superintendents
  • Ensure customer success and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Strong computer and smartphone skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to react quickly to requests from customers and superintendents
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Quantity takeoff skills for estimating
  • Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred
