Key Responsibilities- Assist project managers and estimators with project planning, implementation, and activities
- Procure labor, materials, and equipment as needed
- Manage document control, including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs, and associated tracking processes
- Develop and update meeting minutes
- Coordinate with subcontractors
- Assist with estimating and contracts administration
- Monitor and control costs
- Travel to job sites as required by project managers and superintendents
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Strong computer and smartphone skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to react quickly to requests from customers and superintendents
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Quantity takeoff skills for estimating
- Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
