Job Overview

William Raveis Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled Regional Transaction Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our sales team in the execution of Residential Real Estate transactions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing listings, sales, and rentals in Skyslope/Appfiles, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. They will also be responsible for daily audits of MLS-to-Skyslope, reviewing paperwork, and establishing office procedures to ensure timely transaction information.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MLS systems, real estate knowledge, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to prioritize and multitask to meet the shifting demands of central processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage listings, sales, and rentals in Skyslope/Appfiles
  • Daily audit of MLS-to-Skyslope
  • Review paperwork and notify agents of incomplete or missing information
  • Establish office procedures for timely transaction information
  • Assist agents with Skyslope training
  • Accurate entry of all transactions into Romio
  • Bill for Closing Commission Statements
  • Verify selling price, listing/selling percentage, and commission
  • Create 'team spreadsheets' for commission payments
  • Request Escrow payouts
  • Deposit checks into desk scanner
  • Communicate with Relocation on necessary transactions
  • Verification of information entry to Romio
  • Monitor 'Pending Report' daily
  • Update Closing Dates in ROMIO
  • Month-end review of all closing dates
  • Request W-9's from outside brokers
  • Submit transaction inquiries to Kace
  • Reconcile and post escrow deposits
  • Monthly reconciliation between Skyslope/Appfiles, MLS, and Romio
  • Work with Agent Relations Team on escrow and agent payments

Requirements

  • Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Strong understanding of MLS systems and real estate knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Typing accuracy and speed on computer

Work Environment

This is a non-remote position, and the successful candidate will be required to work in our Yorktown Heights, NY office. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with regular and predictable attendance.
