Regional Business Development Manager

Western Construction Group is seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and monitoring key strategic growth initiatives to drive sales volume growth, customer development, and new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key local and regional decision-makers to drive business growth.
- Coordinate closely with Western personnel to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Participate in professional trade associations to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Identify and research potential new accounts within assigned regions.
- Lead expansion into new recession-proof markets to support the company's overall growth strategy.
- Review and analyze results of past campaigns to inform the development of new initiatives and partnerships.
- Schedule and coordinate educational and persuasive seminars, presentations, workshops, and customer appreciation events.
- Develop and implement sales and presentation skills training programs for staff.
- Champion and manage the CRM system (Salesforce) to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and business-to-business sales environment.
- Minimum of two years of business development or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong public speaking abilities and PC proficiency.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- CRM experience.
