Regional Accounting Manager

Corporate Ladder is seeking a highly skilled Regional Accounting Manager to support the Global Controller with coordination of deliverables, including controls and compliance, budgeting & forecasting, audit, physical inventories, and monthly analysis for over 25 locations within 7 countries.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate multi-country internal controls and compliance deliverables, ensuring timely execution, testing, and documentation.
- Manage multi-country audit deliverables, spanning multiple ERP systems, and assist in day-to-day relationships with external auditors.
- Act as a conduit between external auditors and country & plant controllers, providing consistency in communication and deliverables.
- Coordinate and assist in the execution of physical inventories in multiple countries, including preparing regional schedules, performing inventory, reviewing and reconciling inventory.
- Lead the plant budgeting process, developing activity rates, setting standards, and supporting forecasting.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Manage Plant Controllers and perform various project work as designated by the Controller.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in General ledger/cost accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; MBA preferred.
- ERP systems experience required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Proven talent management and ability to work and motivate all personality types.
- A clear thinker with proven technical skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and work with all levels of management and shifting priorities.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Ethical and credible, with ability to develop and maintain effective control mechanisms.
- Flexible approach and self-motivated with strong team spirit.
Willing to travel as needed (10%-15%); Leadership Interactions include Chief Accounting Officer, Regional Controller - Americas, Corporate Controller, and more.
