Travel within designated regional portfolios is necessary for this position.

The compensation for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to learning and excel in job responsibilities.
  • Oversee leasing and marketing initiatives for prospective residents.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise administrative, leasing, and maintenance personnel.
  • Establish and communicate property objectives and develop strategies for team success.
  • Create financial budgets, set occupancy targets, and recommend enhancements.
  • Maintain property aesthetics and oversee maintenance programs.
  • Manage financial and administrative operations within budgetary constraints.
  • Lead marketing and leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goals.
  • Represent the organization to residents, staff, and the community.
  • Ensure compliance with leasing and certification regulations.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of business administration, real estate, finance, tax credit leasing, and property management.
  • Equivalent of two years of specialized training or higher education.
  • Over five years of experience in property management, leasing, and resident services.
  • Proven track record in problem resolution and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in English for safety and productivity.
