This role requires excellent customer service, computer skills, and previous experience in a similar position.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide professional assistance to the public as the primary point of contact with the City.
  • Represent the City in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Perform a variety of clerical, record-keeping, cash handling, payment processing, data entry, and customer service duties related to services provided by the City.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience.
  • Must be bondable.
  • Valid Florida Driver License.
  • Complete the required National Incident Management System (NIMS) training within six months of completion of probationary period.
