Description


Leland Management is on the lookout for a dedicated Community Management Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing community associations and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in conducting site evaluations, enforcing community guidelines, and assisting boards with the daily operations of association management. Responsibilities include preparing for and facilitating association meetings, analyzing financial statements, budgeting, project oversight, and managing vendor relationships.

Familiarity with Florida Statutes and a strong understanding of the governing documents of associations are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee daily operations of community associations to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Manage property maintenance by soliciting bids, comparing services, and maintaining relationships with vendors.

- Act as the primary contact for resolving community issues, utilizing sound judgment to address conflicts.

- Maintain confidentiality while effectively communicating information to stakeholders.

- Develop and monitor property budgets to align with the financial goals of the Board and Association.

- Coordinate and negotiate vendor contracts in accordance with management agreements.

- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for the Board of Directors, including management updates, proposals, and financial summaries.

Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a valid license and have experience in a customer-focused environment. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with experience in financial reporting and budgeting, is required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Association Management, with prior experience in managing people and projects within community settings.
