The Position Proposition:

Project Schedulers play a vital role in ensuring project success by maintaining detailed schedules and providing critical data to stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with General Superintendents, General Foremen, and customers to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with General Foremen to establish assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective schedules aligned with customer standards.
  • Coordinate project timelines with internal departments.
  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines diligently.
  • Adapt to updates and changes in project schedules efficiently.
  • Document scheduling processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Create EDFR reports and distribute them to foremen.
  • Utilize Customer Portals effectively.
  • Provide weekly/monthly deliverables to customers.
Educational & Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven experience in scheduling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, and Maximo.
  • Ability to provide daily/weekly/monthly feedback to internal management and customers regarding scheduling.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with a positive attitude.
  • High School Diploma.
