Job Overview:

We are in search of a Lead Client Relationship Manager to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage various campaigns and projects, ensuring that we meet (and ideally surpass) the success metrics set by our clients while reinforcing our partnerships with their teams.

Our work environment is fast-paced and digital-first, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in-person.

The projects we undertake span all phases of a campaign's lifecycle, including strategic planning, audience and market analysis, go-to-market strategies, paid media planning and execution, creative concept development, web design, photography, video production, and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have a proven history of delivering exceptional work that is timely and within budget, while proactively leveraging their understanding of consumer insights, campaign effectiveness, and marketing trends to keep our clients' brands leading in their industries.

This individual must be dependable, skilled in creative problem-solving, adaptable to rapid changes, and tactful in assessing client needs.

You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring one or more Marketing Assistants, aiding in the development of their project and client management capabilities, and fostering a growth-oriented environment. This position will report to the Head of Account Management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for senior clients on the projects you oversee.
  • Act as the advocate for clients' objectives and translate them into internal project briefs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on projects you manage, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and strategic delivery of assets.
  • Contribute to the formulation of brand and digital marketing strategies to achieve clients' business goals.
  • Continuously assess project performance and overall account health, identifying new opportunities.
  • Guide and mentor Marketing Assistant(s) in developing their project management and client engagement skills.
  • Oversee project budgets and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage client presentations and summary reports.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in an agency or marketing team setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and maintain a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Ability to cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients.
  • Experience in collaborating with and/or managing third-party partners such as production companies.
  • In tune with consumer, media, and cultural trends to ensure our work remains relevant and impactful.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer electronics sector.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana.
