About this Position:


As a Client Manager, you will collaborate closely with client and agency teams to devise strategic solutions and spearhead market activities.

This role is responsible for managing all daily client interactions within your designated business sector, alongside your Client Director.

The Client Manager will navigate key agency clients through their strategic, creative, and production requirements.

Successful Client Managers will exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset and adeptly balance client demands with the realities faced by the creative and production teams, as well as other internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily relationships with clients across various sectors including Lifestyle, Fashion & Luxury, Spirits & Hospitality, and Technology & Automotive.
  • Deliver a consistent and professional client experience, managing expectations throughout the relationship while ensuring timely communication.
  • Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of accounts, both internally with the team and externally with clients.
  • Act as the project manager for client initiatives, supervising the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects to meet client objectives.
  • Ensure the overall health of assigned programs, clients, and projects, guaranteeing that deliverables meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage new leads, RFPs, and the development and presentation of client proposals and pitches.
  • Represent MATTE and present proposals during client meetings and events.
  • Engage in ongoing project management, execution, and production of marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Strategists and Creative teams to develop insights and formulate strategies.
  • Create clear and insightful briefs for all projects.
  • Participate in key client meetings, including status updates, brand/project briefings, agency day meetings, and cross-agency partner meetings.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Prior experience in project management is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Capability to communicate needs efficiently and effectively on an ongoing basis.
  • Experience in the music and live events sector is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary range: $80,000-$90,000/year based on experience.
