Position Overview
We are in search of a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days remote.

Key Responsibilities
1. Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with assigned clients to achieve established objectives.
2. Serve as a reliable partner across all internal teams to foster impactful and innovative ideas.
3. Oversee internal and external communications related to assigned accounts, ensuring clarity and precision.
4. Ensure that the agency's presentation materials align with client expectations and uphold our quality standards.
5. Identify opportunities for account growth and potential new partnerships that align with our agency's vision.
6. Manage the execution of approved strategies in collaboration with internal creative and production teams.
7. Mentor and develop account executives and assistants, guiding them in effective support of the agency and client partners.
8. Proactively address potential relationship challenges, communicating effectively with leadership as needed.
9. Stay informed about client businesses and their industries, providing internal expertise on key issues and trends.
10. Support financial oversight of accounts, managing budgets and expenses related to specific scopes of work.

Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in the agency or communications sector, providing a solid understanding of advertising, marketing, media, and related fields.
- Familiarity with the creative campaign lifecycle and various deliverables.
- Experience in multicultural, sports, or entertainment sectors is advantageous but not required.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives forward.
- Direct client interaction experience and production management for large-scale projects.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000, reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation in our industry. Individual salary offers will be based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
