Key Responsibilities and Contributions:

The Client Relationship Manager is adept at resolving issues and navigating internal processes to deliver swift solutions. They quickly assess client inquiries and engage directly with clients when necessary.

Exceptional phone and email support for corporate clienteleFostering robust customer relationships while assisting S&P Global's software offerings, from routine tasks such as report scheduling to more complex projects and client inquiriesDelivering timely assistance to both internal and external clients whenever questions or issues ariseProviding virtual troubleshooting support and assisting Client Relationship Managers with internal issue tracking and escalationsManaging incoming client inquiries and taking on additional responsibilities for training and conducting basic product demonstrationsCollaborating with product teams regarding system bugs and upcoming enhancements, while gathering client feedback to ensure seamless support and ongoing innovationWorking with internal teams to produce marketing materials and update knowledge base resourcesUtilizing Freshdesk to document all client interactions

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in account management, client success, or other client-facing rolesA minimum of 1-3 years' experience in capital markets, finance, investor relations, or a related areaHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new applicationsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with a strong customer service orientationExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyCapability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamAptitude for thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing high-pressure situations, and meeting deadlinesFluency in French and German
