Key Responsibilities and Contributions:
The Client Relationship Manager is adept at resolving issues and navigating internal processes to deliver swift solutions. They quickly assess client inquiries and engage directly with clients when necessary.
Exceptional phone and email support for corporate clienteleFostering robust customer relationships while assisting S&P Global's software offerings, from routine tasks such as report scheduling to more complex projects and client inquiriesDelivering timely assistance to both internal and external clients whenever questions or issues ariseProviding virtual troubleshooting support and assisting Client Relationship Managers with internal issue tracking and escalationsManaging incoming client inquiries and taking on additional responsibilities for training and conducting basic product demonstrationsCollaborating with product teams regarding system bugs and upcoming enhancements, while gathering client feedback to ensure seamless support and ongoing innovationWorking with internal teams to produce marketing materials and update knowledge base resourcesUtilizing Freshdesk to document all client interactionsEssential Qualifications:
