Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a geographical territory to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the heavy construction equipment industry.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
