Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Rudd Equipment Company, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing profitable business and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure orders and conduct surveys of assigned territory
  • Study product population, locate new prospects, and determine customer needs
  • Plan and conduct sales presentations, highlighting equipment features and benefits
  • Assist customers with problems and issues, providing technical assistance and job estimates
  • Maintain customer relationships, new contracts, and product development
  • Manage sales calls, reports, and M3 Sales Automation
  • Follow up on leads, contract lettings, and inquiries
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend training sessions
Requirements
  • College degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of verifiable success in equipment sales
  • Knowledge of basic arithmetic and ability to accurately compare and transcribe figures
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and M3 Sales Automation
Work Environment

This is a full-time, exempt position with normal days of work being Monday through Friday. Travel throughout the assigned territory is required.
