**Job Title:** Area Sales Manager 2

**Job Summary:**
Emperion is seeking an exceptional Area Sales Manager 2 to manage our designated territory. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in steering sales growth, hitting targets, and ensuring the triumph of sales operations within their defined region. A visionary strategist, they will craft and execute sales plans that push the boundaries, driving revenue and market dominance with precision.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and manage new account relationships within an established geographic territory.
  • Support and service existing Genex clients through regular sales contacts.
  • Prospect and support new clients by identifying areas of managed care need and demonstrating how Genex IME can meet that need.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to increase business and associated revenue for Genex.
  • Travel to various locations to meet with clients and prospect for new business.
  • Submit a Branch Plan in conjunction with the Branch Manager projecting growth revenue from existing accounts and new business revenue from prospects.
  • Update account Action Strategies every six months.
  • Grow and maintain a monthly pipeline based on set and measurable financial goals.
  • Participate in pipeline conference calls with Director detailing the probability for closure of prospects at 75% or better.
  • Complete a daily spreadsheet to highlight sales and account activity.

**Requirements:**
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A solid track record of at least 3 years in progressive sales management roles, ideally in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite to orchestrate sales activities and dissect data.
