Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the laboratory diagnostics field. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales growth and revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including laboratory directors, managers, and other key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, marketing teams, and service organizations to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the laboratory diagnostics field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing direct sales teams and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
  • Knowledge of laboratory diagnostics products and services, including capital equipment, reagents, and consumables
  • Experience in developing and executing sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
