Your Role:

As an Area Field Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales process in your region, ensuring that our sales team operates at an optimal level. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely and effective follow-up with customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and sales enablement, to drive sales growth and improve sales processes
  • Lead and develop high-performing sales teams, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address gaps

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, territory forecasting, and sales strategy development
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor sales teams
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to address gaps
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing account-level deal strategies and effectively organizing teams for execution
  • Strong relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment
