About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Anschutz Entertainment Group. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our SEO product strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute SEO Product Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, and then coordinate with design and development teams to deliver those features.
  • SEO Subject Matter Expert: Provide guidance, detailed requirements, and specifications to ensure successful execution of SEO initiatives from ideation through to completion, delivering measurable results.
  • Proactive Issue Identification and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate SEO product issues, including broken internal links, improper parameterization, negative crawl impact, and suboptimal experiences to increase overall site quality and health.
  • Complex Initiative Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of highly complex and detailed initiatives, including site migrations, replatforming, and consolidation of multiple domains, subdomains, and subfolders.
  • Landing Page Experience Design: Spec out landing page experiences and capabilities that feature content, keywords, and internal links to drive improvements in quality and relevance.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze and interpret organic traffic data to identify trends, patterns, and insights about demand to inform the rest of our business, including the supply side of our marketplace.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 4-6 years' experience in product management, with a focus on SEO, marketing analytics, data management, and machine learning.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, with solid understanding of SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to harness quantitative & qualitative data to address exciting buyer problems and have experience running consumer-facing A/B tests. Experience also with SEO-specific quantitative testing, such as SEO split testing.
