Job Title: Learning and Development Manager

Winston & Strawn is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for attorneys and staff across all firm departments and offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training curricula that align with the firm's strategic goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with practice group leaders, training advisors, and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training programs
  • Design and deliver training programs on a variety of topics, including legal and professional skills, leadership development, and business acumen
  • Work closely with the Director of Professional Development to integrate and align training programs with the firm's overall learning strategy
  • Manage and maintain existing training programs, including Winston University Programs, new associate orientation, and summer associate training
Requirements:
  • J.D. required
  • 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm or government agency required
  • Must live within a commutable distance to the local office required
  • Professional Development experience in a law firm preferred
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $165,000 - $192,000
