Job Title: Director of Learning and Development

Community Access Inc is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our training and development initiatives. As the Director of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that promote a recovery-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify organizational training needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Design and implement training programs for all staff, with a focus on direct service staff
  • Further Community Access' values, goals, and objectives through training
  • Review, select, and oversee training materials and trainers from various sources

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of learning and development principles and adult learning theories
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in training and development
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and administration
  • Active affiliation with learning and development networks and associations
  • Lived experience utilizing public mental health systems, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, and/or other life-impacting experiences with mental health
  • Experience in leading organizational change and collaborating with cross-functional teams
