Position Overview
Gecko Designs is on the lookout for a skilled professional to enhance our Project Management team. This role is based in-house, where collaboration and creativity flourish.
Role Responsibilities
As a Project Management Specialist, you will orchestrate our projects with finesse, ensuring they progress smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to maintain a comprehensive view while managing intricate details will be crucial in delivering projects on time and within budget. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, advocating for their needs and interests throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Engagement
Your interactions with clients will be paramount. You will embody the spirit of Gecko Designs, combining professionalism with a personable approach. Your ability to connect with clients will leave a lasting impression, fostering strong relationships built on trust and collaboration.
Technical Proficiency
Your expertise will enable you to navigate the complexities of our production processes. You will possess a broad understanding of branding and web projects, allowing you to communicate effectively with our Design and Development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring meticulous planning, scheduling, and budget management.
- Maintain open and timely communication with clients and internal teams.
- Work alongside the Business Development team to accurately scope projects.
- Advocate for improvements in processes that enhance efficiency and quality.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
- Collect client feedback and testimonials to highlight our successful collaborations.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in account management with a proven track record.
- A four-year degree in business, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Exceptional multitasking skills, managing various responsibilities effectively.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS.
- Strong understanding of account management best practices.
- Insight into the creative processes for both digital and print projects.
- Meticulous attention to detail to preemptively address potential issues.
- Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration.
- A customer-centric approach, prioritizing client relationships.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to navigate complex problems and resolve conflicts strategically.
