Technical Proficiency - Your expertise will enable you to navigate projects seamlessly through our production processes. You will act as a generalist, comprehending the complexities of branding and web projects from start to finish, and effectively communicating with our Design and Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from inception to completion, carefully planning, scheduling, and managing budgets.

  • Advocate for improvements in processes that enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients while adapting to changing requirements.
  • Collect client feedback and testimonials to highlight our successful projects.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in account management with a proven success record.
  • A four-year degree in business, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, managing various responsibilities effectively.
  • Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS.
  • Strong understanding of account management best practices.
  • Insight into the creative processes for both digital and print projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, identifying potential issues proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration.
  • Client-centric mindset, prioritizing relationships.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
