Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide team members at project locations, ensuring daily tasks are communicated clearly and executed in alignment with company standards.

Compensation: $19-21 per hour, based on experience
Work Schedule: Full-time, 32+ hours per week

Roles and Duties:
  • Create a positive work environment and strive for excellence in client service with minimal oversight.
  • Ensure all tools and materials are well-maintained and transported to job sites as needed.
  • Lead the team in organizing and sorting household items relevant to the project scope.
  • Understand the varying scopes of projects, which may include sorting, organizing, distributing, liquidating, donating, resettling, and moving.
  • Train and supervise team members with support from the operations coordinator.
  • Report any incidents or accidents to management promptly.
  • Enforce safety protocols while maximizing sales and profit objectives through exemplary leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with the operations coordinator regarding schedule changes, employee concerns, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with management on performance evaluations, ongoing training, and team member development.
  • Document daily progress in project management tools and address any additional project needs.
  • Lead specialized areas such as Inventory Management or Social Media Sales as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Reliable transportation to project sites is necessary.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Preferred minimum of one year in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Frequent lifting, bending, moving, and climbing as part of the job.
    • Ability to walk and stand in various weather conditions.
