As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering friendly and efficient service, facilitating the rental process, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include verifying and documenting necessary driver information to streamline the rental and return process.
This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Work Schedule:
Available shifts include:
- Tuesday - Saturday, 3 PM - 12 AM
- Saturday - Wednesday, 3 PM - 12 AM
- Saturday - Wednesday, 11 PM - 8 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Deliver superior customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
- Assist customers with directions, local information, and service inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls for reservations and general inquiries.
- Conduct follow-up calls as necessary.
- Assess vehicle condition upon return.
- Report any customer or vehicle issues to management.
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.
