Work Schedule:
Available shifts include:

  • Tuesday - Saturday, 3 PM - 12 AM
  • Saturday - Wednesday, 3 PM - 12 AM
  • Saturday - Wednesday, 11 PM - 8 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Deliver superior customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
  • Assist customers with directions, local information, and service inquiries.
  • Handle incoming calls for reservations and general inquiries.
  • Conduct follow-up calls as necessary.
  • Assess vehicle condition upon return.
  • Report any customer or vehicle issues to management.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.
