About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Michael Page. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and lead generation, managing the sales process from interview to close, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt new business opportunities and lead generation
  • Manage the sales process from interview to close
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow
  • Search, source, and screen potential candidates
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants
  • Develop and pitch proposals
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates
Requirements
  • 2+ years of commercial experience in staffing and recruitment or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of success in closing sales
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team
  • High energy, determination, and resilience
  • Strong desire to be a top performer within a winning team
