We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Crescent Services. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and leading the front desk team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with training and provide open communication to management regarding performance and discipline.
- Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure policies, procedures, and Hilton Brand practices are consistently followed.
- Resolve guest questions and complaints by conducting thorough research and determining effective solutions.
- Welcome guests, complete check-in process, and explain hotel amenities and offers.
- Promote hotel services and facilities for revenue opportunities.
- At least one year of previous hotel front office supervisor experience required.
- Previous Hilton Brand experience is a plus.
- Flexible to work AM, PM shifts, mid-shifts, holidays, weekends, and overnight shifts as needed.
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written.
- High comfortability in working with computers.
- Ability to stand/walk for at least eight hours.
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling purposes.
