Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree Hotel and Suites by the Galleria. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve operational excellence.
  • Supervise the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Previous hotel front office supervisor experience required.
  • Prior hotel front desk agent experience required.
  • Previous Hilton Brand experience is a plus.
  • Flexible to work AM and PM shifts, mid shifts, holidays, weekends, and overnight shifts as needed.
  • Must have the ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written.
  • High comfortability in working with computers.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours.
  • Basic mathematical skills for cash handling purposes.
