Sales Performance Coordinator

Reports to Store Manager:
As a Retail Team Leader, you will collaborate with your Store Manager to empower store associates in achieving sales targets through effective coaching, fostering a collaborative selling atmosphere, and ensuring operational excellence while serving as the manager on duty.
This role includes being entrusted with store keys to open and close the store as scheduled, acting in the capacity of the manager on duty.

Leadership:
Collaborates with the Store management team to guide store personnel in meeting sales, service, and operational objectives when designated as the manager on duty.
Demonstrates company values and leads by example as an active mentor.Effectively communicates priorities and sales-driving information to ensure store staff is prepared to optimize business outcomes.
Assists in the recruitment of store personnel and champions diversity by contributing to an inclusive store atmosphere.
Performance:
Aids the management team in achieving store business objectives, including sales, customer service, and operational targets.
Understands how to utilize store reports to inform decisions that drive business success.
Engages in business outreach initiatives and communicates leads to the Store Manager.
Identifies performance improvement opportunities and collaborates with the management team to contribute to development plans.
Operational Excellence:
Works alongside the management team to ensure appropriate staffing to effectively execute initiatives and operational tasks that fulfill the customer promise.
Assists the management team in training store staff on all internal operational functions as assigned.Stays updated on corporate communications, directives, initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Supports the management team in implementing store programs to enhance efficiencies in sales, service, operations, and branding when assigned.

Customer Experience:
Assists in training the store team on customer service standards to create an outstanding customer experience, exceed customer expectations, and achieve a high Net Promoter Score.
Utilizes customer feedback to address or resolve concerns.Collaborates with the management team to ensure the store is visually aligned with brand standards and that marketing initiatives are executed as directed by the company.
