About Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc.:
Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc. (DSI) specializes in designing, developing, marketing, and supporting a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution known as Intranet Quorum (IQ), along with a variety of related products and services. Our offerings enhance citizen engagement and improve government efficiency in delivering services to constituents.

The DSI marketing team is responsible for creating promotional materials that support this line of business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and designing messaging
  • Maintaining and enhancing the website
  • Executing outreach communications
  • Providing general support to the Division, focusing on knowledge transfer, training, marketing videos, sales support, and customer engagement

Your Role:
Leidos is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with the Digital Solutions, Inc. Program. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in integrating essential roles and responsibilities
  • In-depth knowledge of IQ and our digital, data, and IT service offerings
  • Experience with Hilltop Web Content Management and related website management tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting creative marketing content to support the promotion and sale of CRM and IT services with minimal oversight
  • Collaborating with a dynamic, cross-functional team to produce marketing materials for DSI products and services
  • Leading the creation of marketing assets in print, digital, and graphic formats
  • Utilizing strong organizational skills to document and manage the marketing production schedule
  • Applying excellent writing skills to create, proofread, and publish engaging promotional materials
  • Supporting marketing, sales, and product support events, including conferences and training sessions, while providing guidance to cross-functional teams
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to develop responsive strategies that drive sales
  • Enhancing the DSI program website and social media channels with creative content and recommendations
  • Gaining expertise in program-specific products, including Leidos DSI's Intranet Quorum (IQ) solution

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field, along with two or more years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrable experience with Adobe Creative Design tools
  • A proven ability to write compelling marketing content that supports CRM and IT service sales
  • Strong proficiency in software applications, including Adobe, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant writing samples that showcase expertise in specific or related products and services are a plus.
