Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every service customer warmly and professionally
  • Ensure timely acknowledgment of customers upon arrival
  • Utilize service tools effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
  • Present service menus to all customers
  • Identify customer repair needs through engaging questions and document repair orders accordingly
  • Inspect vehicles for any open recalls upon arrival
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs
  • Maintain and track all repair orders daily
  • Occasionally seek repair approvals from warranty companies
  • Conduct thorough delivery of completed repairs, educating customers on services performed and ensuring satisfaction
  • Prepare estimates for non-warranty repairs
  • Handle phone inquiries and convert them into service appointments
  • Provide shuttle services for customers as needed
  • Coordinate the movement of vehicles for customer pick-up
  • Oversee sublet repairs when necessary
  • Perform follow-up calls and vehicle history research as required
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year experience in an automotive service environment
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
