The Vice President, Concessions is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing airport revenue through strategic planning and execution of concession programs, advertising and sponsorship initiatives, and rental car concessions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement short and long-term strategies to increase non-aeronautical revenue
- Oversee in-terminal concessions, advertising and sponsorship initiatives, and rental car concessions
- Provide input to capital development plans to ensure proper planning of concession programs in future terminal projects
- Direct the development, drafting, negotiation, and implementation of business plans and proposals, contracts, leases, and agreements with concessionaires
- Establish processes and procedures for ensuring compliance of concession contracts, leases, and other agreements
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through new commercial ideas and partnerships
- Develop, recommend, and implement strategic plans for rental auto revenue development and align with airport strategic goals and objectives
- Lead a team of employees in the Concessions department, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, engineering, and design, to accomplish departmental objectives
- Monitor business performance of tenants and concessionaires to ensure compliance with contracts and airport strategic business plan
- Make effective presentations to airport executives, Board of Commissioners, and community stakeholders
- Market business opportunities to generate additional revenue streams
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
- 7-10 years of experience in a related field
- Preferred: Master's degree in a related field, American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) certification

CI2 Aviation offers a competitive salary range of $182,016 - $240,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
