Senior Revenue Cycle Strategist

The Senior Revenue Cycle Strategist will play a pivotal role in optimizing the financial health of our organization by overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of revenue cycle processes, billing, and collections within the healthcare industry.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the revenue cycle process, streamline workflows, and improve overall financial performance.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align revenue cycle goals with the organization's overall objectives.
Direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle, including time of service collections, verification of benefits, prior authorizations, billing, coding, claims processing, and collections.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and billing guidelines.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle management and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular audits and analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimize revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on Behavioral Health.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and coding practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.

- A base salary in the $160-175K range
- Bonus potential of up to 25%

Pay Details:
$155,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year
