Job Details:

This is an onsite/hybrid role based in Nashville, TN. We're looking for a Senior Brand Strategist with a strong background in advertising agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of brand strategy work, including journey mapping, core positioning, and promise.
  • Develop briefs that inspire creative teams to produce innovative ideas rooted in strategy and insights.
  • Partner with research, strategy, creative, brand management, and channel teams to ensure strategic thinking drives results for our clients.
  • Lead efforts to develop real-time, data-centric platforms that support faster identification of trends, insights, and strategies.
  • Stay committed to learning the strategic planning craft, including brand, communications, content, and experiential strategy.
  • Support new business efforts and existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree welcomed.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in strategic planning for a branding firm, advertising agency, or other creatively minded agency.
  • Understanding of brand management, creative, media planning, and operational agency processes.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, positioning, customer journey, and customer experience.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify research needs and participate in development and interpretation of research products.
