Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth for our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that targets key markets and identifies new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the hotel's business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, including CRM data and sales reports
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
